Do you do emergency glass repairs after hours?
Yes. We run 24/7 emergency call-outs for break-ins, storm damage and smashed shopfronts. We can make the site safe, board it up, or re-glaze on the spot depending on the glass and the situation.
How fast can you get to a Perth emergency?
We're central to the metro, so there aren't many areas we can't reach within the hour. It comes down to availability on the day, and we'll give you a straight answer on the phone.
Do I need toughened or laminated glass?
It depends where the glass goes. Australian Standard AS 1288 calls for safety glass in wet areas, doors, within 300mm of a door, pools, schools and the like. We'll tell you exactly what the standard requires before we quote.
How long does a custom frameless shower screen take?
Custom shower screens turn around in about five working days. Frameless screens need a proper tiling set-down and a laser measure first, so the finish is watertight and square.
Are you actually qualified?
Yes. The owner holds a Certificate III in Glass & Glazing plus White Card, EWP, First Aid and HR licence, with 15 years on the tools. Glazing isn't a licensed trade in WA, so plenty of operators have no ticket at all.
Are you a local business or a national franchise?
We're family-owned, owner-operated and WA local, Australian-owned, with our own team on the tools. You deal with the people doing the work, not a national call centre, which is why the job is more personal and the finish is more custom.
Do you make windows and doors yourselves?
We do. We fabricate aluminium windows and doors in-house, not just install glass. Most glaziers stick to glass and send the aluminium side away, so being across both is a big part of what we offer.

Yes. We carry public liability cover up to $20 million, and our team is covered by workers compensation. Your home or site is protected while we're working on it.
