These terms apply to the quotes, glass supply and glazing work provided by Pro Glazier Perth. By asking us to quote or carry out work, you agree to the terms below.

If anything here is unclear, ask us before the work starts and we will explain it.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us and, where needed, an on-site measure. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it.

If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example a non-standard glass size or difficult access, we will talk to you and confirm any change before going ahead.

Bookings and access

When you accept a quote we will book a time that suits. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the booked time.

If we cannot get access or the booking is cancelled at short notice, a call-out or rebooking fee may apply.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. For supplied-and-installed glass, a deposit may be required to order materials, with the balance due on completion.

Workmanship and standards

We carry out work to the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1288 for glass selection and installation. Our workmanship guarantee is described on our guarantee page.

Glass and hardware also carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass on to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the affected work, or the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
