We stand behind our workmanship, and the glass, hardware and frames carry the manufacturer's warranty on top. The exact terms for your job are confirmed in writing on your quote. As a guide:
Plain glass does not carry a warranty in its own right, but everything we install is glazed to AS 1288 and the workmanship is guaranteed. Double-glazed sealed units are the exception, with a 10-year warranty from our suppliers.
Not happy? We make it right.
If you are not happy with the job, we make it right. Worst case we replace it at our cost, or offer a credit or refund.

AS 1288
Glazed to Australian Standards
All glass is selected and installed to AS 1288, the Australian Standard for glass in buildings. That covers the right glass type and thickness for each spot, safety glass where it is required, and correct installation. Pool fencing meets AS 1926 and balustrades AS 1170.
Getting this right is not optional. It is the difference between glass that is safe and compliant and glass that is a hazard.
