Yes. If the right glass is not on the van, we make the opening safe and secure the same visit, then come back with the cut-to-size pane. You are never left with an open window overnight.

Everything we install is glazed to Australian Standard AS 1288, which sets where toughened and laminated glass are required. Pool fencing and balustrades are also glazed to AS 1926 where it applies. If a pane is in a door, beside a door, or low to the floor, it gets safety glass, not ordinary float.

Whichever actually fixes it. A cracked pane in a sound frame is a glass replacement and it is the cheaper job. A frame that is corroded, bent or past its hardware is a replacement, and we will say so rather than glaze into something that will fail again.
